Centered on mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes, the company is committed to delivering innovative therapeutic solutions for neurodegenerative and musculoskeletal degenerative diseases. Currently, Jinyuan Bio has established two core clinical R&D pipelines:
First, exosome-based research for Alzheimer's treatment aims to overcome the limitations of traditional drugs that only temporarily relieve symptoms. It explores possibilities to delay or even reverse disease progression by focusing on neurorepair and inflammation regulation.
Second, a clinical study on exosome-based treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee (stages 2–3), leveraging the natural advantages of exosomes—low immunogenicity and high biocompatibility—to protect and repair cartilage via intra-articular injection.
